IDEAL FOR FIELD CAMPS
OR OTHER IMMEDIATE TEMPORARY FACILITES
“COMPLETE
SANITATION”
1.
EXPLANATION:
ATS has designed and tested a
very unique method where sewage is not treated but is processed. The water
quality generated is extremely clear containing no more than 5 mg/l of suspended
solids and zero pathogens (germs, viruses, etc.,)
2.
SET-UP:
All service modules are
portable and capable of either being airlifted or trucked directly to any remote
site. Once the system modules are on site and given proper personnel an RTS
facility can be in operation in six hours. All operational elements of the RTS
are pre-packaged and housed inside prefabricated modules which, act as service
buildings. Each building integrates to each other via quick disconnect portable
hoses, piping and wiring. All process modules, process equipment,
inter-connecting wires and piping are all included with each RTS facility.
3.
RTS DISSASEMBLY:
Customer should budget three
(3) days to breakdown an operational RTS facility. An extra day to process
wastewater held in storage may also be necessary.
4.
TREATMENT CAPACITY:
ATS can provide an RTS facility for
any small, medium or large facility.
** Small RTS System:
9.5 Cubic Meters/Day – 189 Cubic Meters/Day
** Medium RTS System:
190 Cubic Meters/Day – 283 Cubic Meters/Day
** Large RTS System:
284 Cubic Meters/Day – 567 Cubic Meters/Day
5.
MODULE PACKAGES:
Advanced Treatment Systems, Inc.,
can provide a complete wastewater infrastructure package including the
following:
** Sewage Processing Modules (S.P.M.)
** Toilet Module (T.M.)
** Shower Module (S.M.)
** Power Module (P.M.)
** Solids Disposal Module (S.D.M.)
Includes only the S.P.M Modules.
B. COMPLETE RTS FACILITY
Includes all the service modules
outlined above with the exception of the Power Module (P.M.).
C. FULL RTS FACILITY
Includes all of the service modules
shown above.
6.
WATER SUPPLY AND RE-USE:
Raw water service to the RTS
facility is supplied by the customer. ATS can provide a
Re-claim effluent capture and
re-distribution system for RTS re-use.
7.
ENGINEERING INTERFACE:
All RTS facilities have been
pre-engineered and drawn in 3-D cad “Solidworks” by ATS engineers. Each
module or the RTS facility as a whole can be fitted to any unique site
requirements. This includes any geographical location including Arctic
conditions. ATS can interface Cad drawings with the project engineers.
8.
RTS COSTS:
As compared to a conventional sewage
wastewater treatment system a typical RTS facility costs about 25% less and
unlike a conventional system is completely portable and provides full complete
treatment on the same day that installation has been completed.
9.
RTS LAYOUT:
A typical 53 cubic meter RTS facility is shown below.
