Note:
Soluble and non-soluble organics (BOD/COD) including both carbon and
nitrogen are converted to cell mass eneregy, settleable cell mass material,
water and gases. Clarification or the physical concentration of cell
mass in the bottom of each reactor leaving clear water on the top also occurs.
